Outpatient Services Center
Our East Valley Outpatient Services Center (OSC) utilizes Best Practice Modalities identified by the National Institute of Drug Abuse (NIDA) to provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for addiction and co-occurring disorders and utilizes the protocols of the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) to measure the appropriate level and intensity of care needed by each patient.
The recovery curriculum utilized by Community Bridges integrates the Center for Applied Science (CENAPS) Relapse Prevention Model, Design for Living Curriculum, and the Los Angeles based Matrix Model. These excellent modalities both independently and collectively provide each patient a greater understanding of the concepts of addiction while teaching them critical skills necessary to identify and correct patterns of both conscious and unconscious irrational thinking and actions that contribute to substance use, addiction, related unhealthy behaviors, and recovery.
To deliver these modalities, Community Bridges OSC offers both a Level 1 Standard Outpatient program that provides 6 hours of treatment two nights a week for a minimum of 12 weeks; and a Level 2 Intensive Outpatient Program that provides 9 hours of treatment three nights a week for a minimum of 12 weeks in conjunction with Family Education and Support.
